Buying Goods From Us
This section explains the terms which apply to orders placed through our website or by telephone.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Quesh Ltd. A binding contract is not formed until your order has been accepted and dispatched by us.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send an acknowledgement email to the email address provided during checkout. This email confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. It does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Order acceptance and completion of the contract occurs only when your goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- Stock has been incorrectly labelled or damaged.
- A pricing or product description error has occurred.
- Eligibility requirements have not been met.
- Fraud prevention or security concerns.
Delivery
Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders are sent using trusted courier services on either a next working day or 48-hour delivery service, depending on the service selected and destination.
Next working day services apply to most UK mainland addresses. Remote locations and addresses requiring sea crossings may incur additional delivery charges. Any additional charges will be communicated before an order is accepted.
If our courier returns goods to us as undeliverable due to circumstances within your control, such as an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply before redelivery can be arranged.
If an undelivered order is subsequently cancelled, delivery and return costs incurred may be deducted from any refund.
Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at help@quesh.co.uk and we will investigate the matter with the relevant delivery provider.
Cancellations & Returns
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:
- Unused and in "as new" condition
- Complete with all accessories
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item using an appropriate tracked delivery service. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned goods should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Quesh Ltd cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Upon receipt, returned goods will be inspected before any refund is approved. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed once approved.
